How to prepare homemade cereal porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup of cereals (as I said before, you can choose the ones you prefer)
- 3-4 cups of mineral water
Preparation
Grind the cereal grains to a powder. You can use a grinder or a mincer. Boil the water and add the ground cereals, mix and that's it. It is kept in the fridge in a hermetically sealed jar for 72 hours.
You can add breast milk or formula or mix it with a fruit puree.
