  • 100 gr of smoked bacon

First, you have to put a large saucepan with water on the fire, add a drop of oil and a pinch of salt. Once the water starts to boil, we put the pasta without breaking it. As it becomes soft, we help it to enter the water with a wooden shovel. Let the spaghetti cook for about 8-10 minutes.

Meanwhile, we prepare a frying pan over the fire with a drizzle of olive oil. We chop the onion into very fine pieces and add it to the pan over medium heat. Now, cut the bacon into strips and add it to the pan, we sauté for a few minutes. Once the pasta is cooked, drain the water well and add to the pan, mix well.

Now add the liquid cream and stir for a couple of minutes. To finish, we beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the pasta. We stir well and let heat over low heat, serve at the moment to prevent the egg from curdling and the pasta from caking.

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 sirloin Turkey
  • 200 gr of sliced ​​mushrooms
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch of paprika
  • 1 pinch of food coloring
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • shawl

First we are going to clean the turkey sirloin well, removing the remains of fat and passing through the stream of cold water. We dry with an absorbent paper and we chop into bite-size portions, we reserve. We put a pan with a bottom on the fire and add a drizzle of virgin olive oil. Now, we chop the garlic well and add it to the fire, fry for a minute and add the meat.

Sauté the turkey so that it is well sealed, without letting it cook completely and add a little salt. Now, we grate the tomato and add it to the pan. We wash the mushrooms well to remove all the dirt and mix with the meat. We add the pinch of sweet paprika and stir for a minute, while cooking. Now, we add the two glasses of rice and stir. It is time to add the water, the container will carry the manufacturer's recommendations, but generally there are 2 glasses of water for each glass of rice.

At this time we add a little food coloring and a little more salt, we stir for the last time and leave cook for approximately 18 to 20 minutes, without stirring the rice again. Once the water is consumed, we remove it from the fire. As a final touch, sprinkle the juice of half a lemon over the rice and cover with a clean kitchen towel.

It is very important to let the rice rest for about 10 minutes before eating it. When you put the kitchen towel, any water that is left in the pan will evaporate and the rice will be loose and delicious.
